Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 20 days before the check-in date to qualify for a refund. The timelines below count from your check-in date.

• 20 or more days before check-in: your 50% downpayment is refunded, less a ₱3,000 cancellation fee — we return the downpayment minus ₱3,000.
• 1–19 days before check-in (less than 20 days): the downpayment is forfeited in full.
• No-shows: the downpayment is forfeited in full.

If your dates move rather than your plans falling through, we'd much rather reschedule you than cancel. Send a written request at least 20 days before your original check-in via any of our contact channels. Subject to availability, one reschedule is allowed per booking; your payments carry over and any rate difference for the new dates applies. Requests inside the 20-day window aren't guaranteed and may fall under the cancellation terms above.

In the unlikely event the Resort must cancel your confirmed booking (for example, due to safety concerns or force majeure that makes the property unusable), you'll be notified immediately and offered first pick of replacement dates — or a full refund of everything you've paid, issued within 7 business days.

Refunds are sent to the same GCash, Maya, or bank account the payment came from, within 7 business days of the refund being approved. Transfer fees charged by providers may be deducted from the refunded amount.
