## What is Villux?

Villux Private Resort is a whole-property luxury overnight rental in Brgy. Bagong Kalsada, Calamba, Laguna, Philippines. When you book Villux, you get exclusive use of the entire resort — no other guests, no shared spaces, just your group and the full property for the duration of your stay.

Brgy. Bagong Kalsada, Calamba, Laguna, Philippines. Approximately 1.5 hours south of Metro Manila via SLEX. Calamba is known as the hot-spring capital of Laguna. Secure gated parking is available on-site.

Up to 40 guests. Five fully air-conditioned bedrooms.

- **100 sqm chlorine-free pool** — Freeform outdoor swimming pool with a submerged in-pool lounge shelf, thatched cabana, white loungers, and evening lighting. Meticulously maintained without chlorine; on request the water can be warmed or filled with genuine hot-spring water.

- **Second-floor jacuzzi** — Bubbling jacuzzi on the second floor.

## Rates & Packages

Pricing is per night by package (group size) and day type. Weekday = Monday–Thursday and Sunday; Friday rates also apply on holidays; Saturday is peak.

- 10 pax (1 bedroom) — from ₱19,990/night
- 15 pax (2 bedrooms) — from ₱22,990/night
- 20 pax (2 bedrooms) — from ₱25,990/night
- 30 pax (3 bedrooms) — from ₱34,990/night
- 40 pax (all 5 bedrooms) — from ₱39,990/night

Extra bedrooms can be added to 10–30 pax packages (₱1,800–₱3,500/night). Guests beyond the package size are ₱1,000 per head per night, up to 40 guests maximum.

2. Secure your reservation with a 50% downpayment via GCash or BPI bank transfer.
3. We verify your payment and confirm your booking.
4. Pay the remaining balance on or before check-in.

Check-in: 5:00 PM. Check-out: 2:00 PM the next day (a 21-hour stay).
